A NEW CHAPTER

After a decade in the entertainment industry, Jason took advantage of an opportunity to start a stage rental business in Santa Monica.

This endeavor sparked a keen interest in commercial real estate development, in particular, mixed-use creative spaces and converted industrial venues. Through this business Jason gained tremendous insight into the restoration and management of hybrid build-out projects and the intricacies of working with the city on land-use and permitting issues. Numerous consulting projects would follow, culminating in the restoration of a 150,000 square-foot studio lot in Long Beach called Thunder Studios.

Jason’s knowledge of commercial buildings and extensive experience with development led him into managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties from DTLA to Oxnard. Currently, Jason specializes in both commercial and residential sales and leasing with a particular interest in community revitalization. He lives in Hancock Park and enjoys spending time with his family, playing hoops, and watching movies in the backyard.
